The Burlington Soccer Club is committed to assist with the ongoing development of all of our coaches. Our aim is to improve the quality and standard of all the coaches within the club. Ongoing coach education is vital for successfully developing players of all ages regardless of their ability or skill level.
BSC is pleased to announce our Spring House League Coaching Clinics, which will be for the coaches working with the U6-U8 aged players in our 2020 season. They are designed to compliment the existing coach certification program and give the coaches additional information and experience which will help build their own team program.
Clinic # 3 – The Key Factors in improving basic technique for 6-8 year olds
Our third coaching clinic this season, will focus on teaching the finer coaching points of technique such as receiving & passing, shooting as well as 3v1 & 4v2 game related practices. Coaches will learn how to teach players while working with a partner, in groups and within a team concept. This clinic is a must for those coaches who have limit-age playing experience, as we will show how to improve your skills, so you will have the tools to help your players reach their full potential. However, all coaches will benefit from the fun, high tempo 60 minute session.
