This Clinic is essential for our “Mentor” coaches working with our 3-6 year old players. In this clinic, we will introduce sessions from the recreational program curriculum. This will cover, balance, agility & coordination sessions, ball related warm ups as well as fun game with & without the ball as recommended by Ontario Soccer’s Long Term Player Development Model (LTDP).
The CDS are designed to enable our coaches to start working with their players immediately, with confidence.
Please come prepared to take part in this on-field session.

Schedule:
- 6 – 6:30pm: small sided rules explained and demos where required
- 6:30 – 6:55pm: Assistant Referee (AR) Signals
- 6:55 – 7:25 AR drills including running technique and offside

We welcome all those participating in our outdoor recreational season’s back to the pitch. Make sure to
- Double check your family calendar on your PowerUp Account for your start date, time and location
- Make sure you have everything you need for a great season:
- Shinpads
- Cleats (or running shoes)
- Jersey (more on this shortly)
- Water
- Positive Attitude
- Jerseys – if you have not received this in advance of your first game, don’t fret, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first scheduled kick-off to receive it
