2026 Outdoor Season Registration is Open

The Burlington Soccer Club (BSC) is excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2026 Adult Outdoor Summer Season! 

The Club is committed to creating lifelong opportunities for players to enjoy “Soccer for Life!” With the launch of the league in 2017, we have continued to expand on our Adult League’s to include both indoor (two seasons) and outdoor, men’s, women’s and coed offerings. 

The BSC is committed to providing a fun and positive playing experience for all participants to enjoy. Please refer to the Outdoor League Days of Play and additional information listed below.

Deadline for all Registrations: April 20th (or until filled)
  • Team fee includes: referee fees, prizes for champions, PHSA registration fees
  • Team Rosters exceeding 16 players for 7v7 Leagues, 20 players for 12-week 11v11 Leagues, and 25 players for 14-week 11v11 Leagues are subject to additional fee of $50 per player
  • Individual fee includes jersey and individual players are placed on teams that require additional players. If enough players register, the league will create a new team of individuals.
  • If registering as a team, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required to secure your spot
  • Registrations are first come, first serve, and may be subjected to a late fee if registering after the assigned deadline.

BSC Adult Schedules – Coming Soon

New – Team Forfeit Bond Policy

For the 2026 Summer Season, Burlington Soccer Club has introduced a Team Forfeit Bond Policy for all participating teams. This policy is designed to reduce game forfeitures and to provide compensation to teams affected by a forfeit through no fault of their own.

Bond Amounts

  • $100 – 7v7 Teams

  • $250 – 11v11 Teams

The bond must be kept current throughout the season. If a team forfeits a match, the bond must be replenished prior to the team’s next scheduled game. The bond is fully refundable at the end of the season, provided no outstanding forfeits remain.

Additional Information

  • Due to fluctuating numbers, BSC reserves the right to change times/days of play and/or combine age groups.
  • Age groups may fill prior to the season start with no guarantees of placement if put on Wait List.
  • Any cancelled games will be rescheduled on best efforts basis but may not be on a regular game night.
  • Registration fee includes Canadian Soccer Association, Ontario Soccer & Peel/Halton Soccer Association fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never played with the Burlington Soccer League before. What do I need to do to create an account?
Please visit our website and go to the “Adult Outdoor League” section under the “Recreational” tab. Click the “Register” button at the bottom and it will bring you to the member zone where you will be able to sign yourself up with an account.
I am a team captain. What information do I need to register and add my players to my roster?
The Team Manager will receive a team code that they will then send to the players that they wish to join their team. The player will then make sure they have created their own profile, signed the waivers and registered for the specific team using the code.
Do I have to accept my player waivers online even if my team captain paid the full team fee?
Yes. All players must accept their player waivers online before their first game. Players who have not accepted their waivers will not be permitted to play. No exceptions.
Which payment types are accepted?
Individual players and team captains are encouraged to complete their registration and payment online with a credit card. Cash, debit and credit payments will be accepted in person at the BSC office once the online component has been completed by the captain/player.
I am a team captain and I am having trouble with rostering my team. Who do I contact?

Can my friend(s) and I play on the same team?
Yes, when registering please make a ‘Friend Request’. You can have as many friend requests as you would like.
How many female players and male players on the field for the COED League?
There must be a minimum of 2 female and 2 male players on the field at all times for 7v7 leagues, 3 female and 3 male players for 11v11 leagues.
Can I pick my game times?
No, the schedule will be rotating between the particular league’s designated kick-off times.
We are registering as a team, where do I get team uniforms?
