Who is this Program For

This program is designed for:

  • U8 – U12 players new to goalkeeping or are interested in exploring the position
  • U13 – U18 goalkeepers looking to improve confidence, decision-making, and game impact
  • Female players interested in trying to or committing to the goalkeeper position
  • Multi-sport athletes wanting strong movement, coordination, and confidence

*no prior goalkeeping experience is required

What Makes this Program Different

This program is not isolated drills or repetitive shot stopping. Every session is built around:

  • Game-realistic scenarios
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Confidence with hands, feet, and communication
  • Enjoyment first – development follows

Goalkeepers will learn how to play the position, not just make saves. Our Key development focus is on:

  • Shot stopping & handling confidence
  • Footwork & movement efficiency
  • Paying with feet (pass, receive, decision)
  • Positioning & angles
  • Communication & leadership
  • Resilience and confidence after mistakes

Players are encouraged to try, fail, learn, and try again – exactly how real goalkeepers develop.

This isn’t just training – it’s where goalkeepers start believing they belong in goal.
