Charles Bello, a long-time dedicated coach and volunteer of the BSC was involved in a serious cycling accident in August. Charles’ road to recovery will be long and difficult. While Charles will be more than up for the challenge, his friends, family, players and referees gathered on Sat, Oct. 5th for a Soccer Game to keep his spirit and enthusiasm for soccer strong to help aid in his recovery!
Congratulations to our Bayhawks players that were invited to the 2019 Provincial Screening Competition. The provincial program focuses on player screening, talent identification and bench-marking of players through competition.
Ken Bradwell, a lifelong football player, was well known in the soccer community. With his unfortunate passing, his friends and family host the Ken Bradwell Annual Soccer Tournament in his memory to support and raise money for the local Hospitals. This year, the Tournament raised 50% more than last year for a total of $16,167.84.
Congratulations to our Girls U15 Burlington Bayhawks White team on a very successful 2019 outdoor season! As a result of their success, the team has earned promotion to the Golden Horseshoe Regional Soccer League for the 2020 season.
