Youth Indoor House League

The Burlington Soccer Club offers Fall and/or Winter Indoor House League season options with age divisions from U3 to U18 (2024 – 2009 born). With the commitment to provide a fun and positive playing experience for all participants, the Fall season runs from October to December and the Winter season runs from January to April. All games are played locally at the BSC Sherwood Forest Park soccer Domes (Map).

U3 (Fall)

U4/U5/U6 (Fall)

The program includes one session per week for 10-weeks. Coed teams play 3v3 on mini-pitches with Kwik goals in alignment with Ontario Soccer’s LTPD guidelines (no scores and no standings). Each session is comprised of a 15 minute fun practice led by a BSC mentor coach, followed by a 30 minute volunteer coach led game (supported by the mentors if needed). Players receive a full uniform, ball and award.

U7-U10 (Fall)

The program includes one session per week for 10-weeks. Boys and girls teams play 5v5 on a half dome with team & goal sizes determined by Ontario Soccer LTPD guidelines. Teams will have a 10-minute warm-up practice with their volunteer coach before the 40-minute game. Games will be facilitated by Game Leaders. Players receive a full uniform and award.

U11+ (Fall)

The program includes one session per week for 10-weeks. Boys and girls teams play 7v7 on a full-dome pitch. Teams will play a 50-minute game. Games are led by qualified referees and assisted by volunteer coaches. Players receive a full uniform. U12 players will receive a participation medal.  U14+: Scores and standings will be recorded, playoffs are included in the 10-weeks, prizes for finalists.

  • If you are unsure as to how to complete the registration, please find our PowerUp ‘How To’ Guide here.
  • Due to fluctuating numbers, BSC reserves the right to change times/days of play and/or combine age groups.
  • Age groups may fill prior to the season start with no guarantees of placement if put on Wait List.
  • All special requests must be reciprocal. No requests for coaches permitted. BSC cannot guarantee all special requests will be granted, but will make every effort, provided they are received on time and do not interfere with league parity.
  • Registration fee includes Canadian Soccer Association, Ontario Soccer & Peel/Halton Soccer Association fees.
  • For all players who live outside of Burlington and wish to register, a $25 out-of-town levy will be added to each registration.
